 Easter 2025 Volunteers 

Volunteers are required to help over the Easter weekend.  Maybe attend one Mass and volunteer at another Mass. 

If you are able to assist with one or more of the following roles, please click on the 'Easter Volunteer Sign Up Form button' or contact the office on 9807 2966 or email office@rgcp.org.au

WELCOMERS - welcoming parishioners & guests to Mass, handing out a Bulletin

USHERS - when church fills up helping people to find a seat

PARKING - guiding our guests to where to park their car

COLLECTION WARDERN - helping to take up the collection during Mass

LETTERBOX DROP - delivering Easter Postcards to the streets within our Parish

SETTING UP AND PACKING UP - moving chairs and gazebos to the church from the hall.



OUR LADY'S KITCHEN

Delivering meals to those who are less fortunate that ourselves, on  Tuesday & Thursday afternoons

Volunteers are required

to collect the food from St Merkorious on Tuesday lunchtime and from One Meal at Hornsby on Wednesday

Packing at 2pm in the OLQP Hall

Deliveries start after 4pm out of OLQP Hall

IS OPEN ON

SUNDAY 9am to 12pm

Tuesday 8am to 12pm

Wednesday 8am to 12pm

Thursday 8am to 12pm 

Friday 8am to 11am

General Roster Enquiries & Changing your roster

For any general enquries about rosters, or to make any adjustments to your roster preferences please contact the Parish Office team at office@rgcp.org.au or on 9807 2966.

It is important to let us know of any changes to your roster, so we can find replacements if need be. Please do not organise covers on your own. We are happy to find a cover for you, and letting us know allows us to update it online so any interested Ministers can assist. Thank you for your cooperation.

If you'd like to become a Minister, but don't have any experience or training, not to worry! Simply send us an email at office@rgcp.org.au and we will let you know of any upcoming Ministry Formation events, or organise for one of our more experienced Ministers to show you the ropes.

Ministry is a very fulfilling way to lend a hand and play a special part in the Mass, and everyone is welcome.
